1.2. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy details your and our respective rights and obligations in connection with applicable data protection laws, particularly regarding the processing of your sensitive health data.
1.3. The Rheia Services provide users with personalized insights about their menstrual cycles and overall well-being by aligning work, wellness, and daily activities with natural cycle rhythms. By tracking cyclic changes in your body, you can detect patterns, improve your well-being, and optimize your productivity.

Individuals who are 16 years or older can use all Rheia services independently. If you are under 16 years old, you may only use Rheia with the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf, provide consent for the processing of your health data, and take responsibility for your use of the app. For all users under 18 years old, parental guidance and supervision are recommended. Users under 16 years old cannot purchase Paid Services directly, and only parents or guardians can manage subscriptions for them.

The subscription costs €4.99 per month and automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Partial subscription periods are non-refundable. Payments are processed through authorized payment providers and can be made via the App Store or direct web payment. Rheia does not store payment information.

Users have the option to disable AI-powered features while still maintaining access to basic app functionalities.
To enhance our services and contribute to the scientific understanding of menstrual health, Rheia may use anonymized, aggregated data for research. Rheia does not sell personal data to advertisers or third parties. Users can opt out of research participation at any time through their account settings. When deleting an account, users can choose to fully delete all their data, including research data, or allow the continued use of anonymized data for scientific research.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
If the subscription service has already begun during the withdrawal period, a proportional fee for the period used may be deducted from the refund amount.

Users must respect the privacy of others and must not share personal information without explicit consent. Any misuse of social features, including inappropriate content or harmful interactions, may result in account suspension. Rheia reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to social features if necessary.
